Conference Registration

Register for the 2019 Conference Today!
To register for our annual conference and join NYCEA, please select the correct category below for either full-time faculty, adjunct faculty, grad student presenter, or grad student non-presenter.  (The $25 rate is only for graduate students who wish to attend but will not be presenting.) Simply add the appropriate registration option to your cart, including the Friday reception if you plan to attend, and submit payment online at checkout via Square.  NYCEA.org has full SSL encryption through our host, and our online checkout is secure. 

If you prefer to register by mail, please fill out the Registration Form:  Word  or  PDF, and send it along with a check (payable to NYCEA) to the following address: Jim Scannell, NYCEA Treasurer, Utica College, 1600 Burrstone Road, Utica, NY 13502.


Who’s Eligible to Participate?
The New York College English Association (NYCEA) invites college, community college, university professors, undergraduate and graduate students, independent scholars, and writers to join. You need not be a resident of New York State to become a member. Registration for the 2019 Conference includes a one-year membership! As a member, you will also be eligible to chair a conference panel, hold office in NYCEA, and host a NYCEA conference on your campus. For more information, please e-mail [email protected].
